Working with the 16 quidelines for a happy life, from the Essential Education Programme of the “Foundation for Compassion and Wisdom.”
In May Gill went to Toulouse to participate in the first facilitation training of the 16 guidelines for a happy life that has come out of the Foundation for Compassion and Wisdom, Essential Education programme. “Essential Education is an international initiative to help people everywhere develop their natural capacity to be kind and wise.” With other like minded souls from the UK and Europe, 24 of us spent 4 days exploring the 4* wisdom teachings and 16* qualities identified within the guidelines.
